Maurizio and Natalie Roselli

The Baristacrat Coffee Centre is a division of Absolute Espresso Services and is a partnership between Maurizio and Natalie Roselli who between them have a wealth of knowledge and 18 years international experience in the hospitality industry.

Maurizio's experience has ranged from food and beverage attendant and restaurant manager to owner and manager of a successful pizzeria business and Account Manager for a major Italian coffee roaster.

After relocating to Australia, he secured the rights to distribute the Belaroma brand of coffee covering The Gold Coast and the North Eastern NSW Coast as far as Ballina.

Natalie currently administers the business activities of Absolute Espresso Services, drawing on her industry experience as a food and beverage attendant and restaurant manager and utilising her strong administrative skills gained from her roles as Personal Assistant to several Managing Directors.

"Our passion is to see our customers make the best coffee. To this end we provide our clients with great coffee, backed up with our knowledge and experience."

In July 2007, they opened the Baristacrat Coffee Centre, a showroom and training centre to display and promote excellent coffee product and to develop top barista skills.
